Inspired Murray Battles Through Roger

It was a match worthy for a Semi final , Murray comes into the Semis without loosing a set , nor his serve .
Federer who a beaten Tsongo in a 5 set encounter against Jo was up and ready for the task set against him .
Murray led the stand off head record 10-9  . Murray at the end edge out Federer in 5 sets winning the Swiss 6-4 6-7 6-3 6-7 6-2 .

Set 1
Both players had easy starts on their service games , but Federer serve was at question at the very beginning of the match his first serve % was very low . Murray broke Federer's serve in the 3rd game by producing one the most amazing forehand cross winners a person could see .Murray was serving big , really big .
It was a whole new Murray we got to see from 2012 , his off-season preparation seems to have paid of .
His athelitism was really a sight to see , the way he was moving on the court was tremendous .Murray served out the set with an ace and a huge forehand .

Set 2
It was easy service going for Andy Murray , who seem to never struggle in his service , aces from bursting fro m Murray , Federer's service was still not working to its potential  , he struggled in almost all of his service games  , but he was able to stay on course of the match .
Andy Murray showed brilliance in Game 08 , 09 and 10   , his forehand winners were really amazing to watch  and his back hand winner in game 11 was an outstanding sight to watch.
It was down  to the tie breaker , and it was a never racking contest .
This where every one would thought that Andy would steam roll Roger , but his service which helped in all points of the match was missing  and it was Rogers serve was doing the talking a forced forehand error sealed the the tie breaker for Roger

Set 3.
There was a BIG difference of speed between Murray's first serve and 2nd serve and Federer return of on 2nd serve affected Andy Murray a lot.
In the 6th game of the 3rd set  , Andy started to make his move hitting sublime tennis shots to make to pressure roger , a forehand and a backhand error allowed Murray to break Roger .
After that is was a straight fast moving train on Murray;s serve .
He served a huge 207 km / Hr .
Sealed the 3rd set with a score 6-3

Set 4
Federer serve was at question the entire match , and the first game of the 4th set was no different , but the Swiss is a champion and proved so why hitting 3 forehand winners to come out of  a chance to be broke again.
Andy Murray service continue to stay strong , his forehand cross and off was going strong , after his 1st service game closed he accumulated 13 forehand winners .
The 4th game of the set , where things completely changed , couple of backhand errors allowed Roger to get the break . Roger went to lead 4-1 , But Andy didn't let Roger to run of the break , immediately breaking the Swiss in his next service game .
The quality of tennis improved as the match went on and on  , Game 8  and 9 were most intense were both players peaked to their best of forms  , hitting winners here and there .
Murray broke Federer in 11th game and had the chance to serve for the match . All seemed lost to Roger's Fan at Rod Laver Area . But the Swiss produced one of the most best every single hand backhand down the line winner and broke back to stay alive in the match .
Like how Murray's First didnt work in the tie breaker in the 2nd set , it didn't work here as well Roger winning the tie breaking and the set .

Set 5
Having made an amazing comeback into the match , Roger Federer wasnt able to sustain that motivation he had in the end of the 4th set to bring it to the final set of the match .

Heavy hitting from Murray gave him a 3-0 lead after 12 minutes of play in the fifth set. Federer, who had framed a backhand at 30/40 in the second game, was not allowed to get a foothold in the set. Murray’s ace count continued to rise and his ability to strike pin-point groundstroke winners from the baseline extinguished any chance Federer had of reaching his 25th Grand Slam championship final.

Andy Murray will try to become the only first-time Grand Slam winner to immediately claim a second major at the next opportunity.
