Qualifying day 1 report :)


Aircel Chennai Open – 2013 ( Qualifying report )
It has started ! the Aco – 13 has kicked off with its qualifiers !. A total of 17 indians were in the list of qualifiers out of a total of 32 .
But not all were fine today , as rain gods played its evil devil on us , not many matches were played today only 2 matches were conducted that too it was stopped mid way due to rain. 
Match report .
Filip Krajinovic Vs Tsung hua yang.
Set 1
Both the players were eager to play their match, after a wait of 8 hours they had the chance at 5 pm .
The initial beginning of the match was quick service holds. Filip was leading 2-1 .
In the 4th game of the 1st set, Filip blasted a big fore hand down the line winner to start up his boost to break Tsung game , bringing a big unforced error cause Tsung his service hold .
Tsung was going to let his game just yet , he replied immediately with a big fore hand cross winner  at the first point of the 5th  game . , but that didn’t trouble Filip has he had to managed to make use of the break and go  on to a lead off 4-2. Tsung serve starts to hit the mark , and easily hold his game .  Tsung was making brilliant point on the 7th of game of Filip serve by setting up a big back hand passing shot winner , Filip how ever replied with 1 ace and 2 winners but how ever made a couple of unforced errors
As Filip was leading 5-2, Tsung had to hold his serve and didn’t he do it , firing out 3 aces in a row to hold his serve . Filip not distracted by Tsung play pick up during the course of the 1st set was able to serve out the 1st, winning it 6-3

Set 2
Tsung coach was a brilliant supporter for Tsung, even though Tsung was behind a set his support had encouraged tsung to do well.
The first 4 games were easy service games for both the players. The 5th game is where Filip started to make his move breaking Tsung serve with a forehand and backhand down the line shots!.
Filip how ever was unable to make use of his opportunities and started to make a lot of unforced errors and thus loss his serve and the break he had. It was a serve losing game for the next 2 games as both players were serving poorly and score came back to 4 all .
Tsung how ever was able to finally hold is serve  in the crucial 9th game. Filip did the same with giving no break through chances of Tsung.
Rain spoils the playing conditions yet again and Filip was trailing 5-6 on serve . !
